These are remanufactured Penntex PX-5R and PX-520R alternators sold outright with no core required. You can trust our units to provide quality performance because we are an Approved Penntex Service Center. Our units are designed and built to factory specs, are 200 amp units, and provide the highest possible amperage output at idle. These units have 1 positive and 1 negative output posts. This Penntex alternator is a great high output upgrade for your Ford truck, van, or shuttle bus if used with the optional voltage regulator and harness (see below). This Penntex unit is 2" deeper than the factory Ford alternator, check for clearance before ordering. Our Penntex high output alternator is a direct replacement for the following applications:
Ford E-series vans (buses)
2007 - 1997 6.8L engines
